Ingredients: Freeze-dried blueberries, Nordic Black tea made of fermented fireweed leaves, peppermint.

This is a cold brew tea. Simply let it steep in 250 - 450ml fresh cold water for 8 to 10 minutes or longer if you prefer. We sometimes prepare ours before bed and leave in the fridge for morning. Alternatively 1 tea bag is suitable for 1 water bottle. Instructions: Put 1 tea bag in water bottle. Shake it for about 20 sec. Let it brew for 8-10 minutes. You can enjoy cold brew tea for up to 8 hours 🌱
