Origins - The cocoa beans are from Tulloch Estate in St. Catherine, Jamaica which is a small family run farm by Roger Turner. Roger plants cocoa trees and ferments his cocoa using a unique process developed with Pump Street, using sourdough to kick-start the fermentation process.
