This new book is extra special to us, as we photographed and styled the project with Max and we are excited to be able to finally share it with you in our store as well as this selection of outtakes and behind the scenes imagery.

In his new book, Max set out to create a guide that would teach you the art of carving simple and functional objects from locally sourced wood, Whether you are a novice or experienced carver, this book will inspire you to make something that you will be proud of.

Throughout the process not only did we learn so much about his craft, but we can honestly say after the time spent with Max and Abigail they now feel like extended family, and seeing The Urban Woodsman in print is quite a special moment.
