Organic cotton comes from Turkey, linen string was produced in Poland, unbleached linen was sourced from Lithuania. Handles are made with raw linen tape.

Beautiful organic cotton, very sturdy and all-natural (denim-like look). Bundle-dyed with local plants in our studio kitchen in Berlin. No chemicals were used in the process, all fibres and dyes are plant-based, with the exception of the pattern printed with an acrylic water-based paint.

Kaliko is a line of handcrafted textiles made with care, founded by Ania Grzeszek. Using certified organic fibres that are hand-dyed using local plant pigments in their Berlin studio. Due to the nature of the dyeing process, all pieces are unique - each one slightly different from the other, yet all equally beautiful.
