Pump Street Bakery is a small family run bakery on Suffolk's heritage coast making small batch, handmade artisan chocolate from single origin beans imported direct from family farms and cooperatives around the world.
A unique combination of Pump Street's two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. Their sourdough crumbs and a touch of sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavour to the Venezuelan chocolate. This is a unique combination and to our knowledge the first time a chocolate bar has been made with sourdough. Handmade from flour and bean to bar at the Pump Street bakery in Orford, Suffolk, UK.
Cocoa beans, sugar, breadcrumbs (flour, natural sourdough starter, sea salt), cocoa butter, sea salt. Minimum 66% cocoa solids. Processed in an environment containing nuts and dairy products. Bar weight = 70 grams
