Founded by Jhenelle and Nick, &Poca is on a mission to celebrate the Scotch Bonnet Chilli! We're here to pimp your Toasties, liven up your Charcuterie Board and make your Brunches brilliant with style!
We make premium Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jams that are handcrafted in small batches with organic produce. With its well-balanced flavours of sweet and heat, our Jams are extremely delicious and versatile!
As lovers of spicy food, it became clear that our options for great chilli-based condiments were pretty slim and they didn't always pair well with our meals. We found that many mass-market brands lacked flavour and that many independent brands often created gimmicky (think devil horns and flames) ‘fiery’ chilli sauces.
Through our love for Italian food and great wine - combined with our Jamaican heritage - our customers are in the trusting hands of two passionate foodies that are committed to elevating your meals, one drop at a time. Our vision is to be a brand that you can trust to consistently deliver great-tasting condiments that complete your food and wine experiences.
Its the extra layer of flavour you didn't know you needed with your daily meals, drizzled on your fresh salad, meats or paired with your Italian inspired Charcuterie Cheese board.
