We discovered this tea on our last trip to Paris, watching a single stem infusing inside a cup to create a fresh and delicious blend left us completely transfixed, it is a magical, almost hypnotic experience. We dry the stems after drinking as they are simply too beautiful not to keep. -
LE BÉNÉFIQUE is a wonderful experience of incredibly tasty and completely artisanal infusions coming from flower stems. There is no transformation, no alteration. When the stem is freed in the water, it expresses itself in colours and flavours that are truly unique .
From the Yörük turkish ethnic group living in Ida Mount to pickers in the French Vosges discovering their ancestral practices, Le Bénéfique uses regenerative techniques where the plant’s natural growing time is respected and not once is over harvested for consumption needs, flowers are only picked when they are at their freshest and when the natural cycle allows and is always respected.
At the very moment of the flowers infusion in the hot water of your mug, its deep nature will reveal its most precious flavours to you.
