Ingredients and how to use:

De-stress Himalayan Bath soak 
Freshly made bath soak a blend of pure natural aromatherapy oils to balance, ground and soothe you.
Ingredients - Himalayan salt, rose petals, rosemary leaf extract, rose geranium oil, frankincense, English lavender, Patchouli.
How to use: Pour into running bath water - soak and relax for 10 - 20 minutes.

Unwind and relax bath and body oil  
Ingredients: Almond oil, coconut oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E, lavender oil, geranium, patchouli, frankincense, ylang-ylang. 
How to use: Add roughly two tablespoons to bath water or apply directly to skin after bath/shower to seal in moisture or use for a relaxing and skin conditioning massage.

Sleep Balm 
Intensive treatment packed with natural botanical oils and herbs. 
Ingredients: Almond oil, coconut oil, castor oil, jojoba seed oil, cacao oil, vitamin E, beeswax, lavender oil, chamomile. 
How to use: Massage into pulse points, hands and feet before sleep.
