How to use: Dampen disc with warm water & massage into area you wish to target.
Ingredients: sea salt: sodium chloride, carthamus tinctorius seed oil, tocopherol, theobroma cacao, zea mays corn starch, mentha piperita (mint) leaf, spirulina platensis powder, pelagonium graveolens, mentha piperita, rosmarinus officinalis. allergens in essential oils: d-limonene, linalool, limonene.
